Provider Enrollment Services
Enrolling physicians and other practitioners with Medicare, Medicaid, and various contracted commercial payers can be time-consuming, complicated and costly to your facility. With the average hospital or provider contracting with fifteen or more health plans, most of which will have their own set of documents, processes and requirements, it's not easy to get practitioners enrolled accurately and timely.
We can help! Our provider enrollment service gathers information and required documents from your practitioners to submit accurate and complete applications to meet each health plan's unique requirements. Here’s a short video describing how we can help!
Our service is endorsed by the New Mexico Medical Society, and the Louisiana, Arkansas, Mississippi, Georgia, Kansas, Missouri and Wyoming Hospital Associations.
Here are some of the services we provide:
Establish and manage CAQH accounts for your practitioners
Submit practitioner enrollment applications and track approvals and effective dates, with timely and repeated follow up
Manage the re-enrollment process to prevent interruption in billing
Keep you informed of any issues or concerns that may adversely impact the approval of a practitioner.
How long does it take to get your practitioners enrolled with Medicare, Medicaid, and your contracted health plans? Are these delays affecting your patients' access to the care they need? We make a difference by navigating through the ever-changing payer processes and work flows, and building the relationships necessary to get your practitioners successfully enrolled.
